Maybe a silly question, but is there anyway at some point to have more than four heroes in your team at a time? Or is it capped at just four and you can only reposition them?
I have a really fun looking warlock(Siddel), but I don’t know if I should trade out my mage(Rose) or priest(Tayla) for her or just keep the team I have of mage, priest, knight(Tanea?) and warrior(Tesha?)

Let me answer the first question.
At the moment, you can only have up to 4 heroes on a team, and you can only change their positions within the team.
For the second question, I think the team should have at least 1 Mage. If you want to remove someone, I would suggest removing either a Knight or a Warrior, because having only one Tank is enough.
In my opinion, based on the characters you currently have, the team should consist of:
Mage / Warrior / Warlock / Priest
