I connected my Fitbit but it isn’t counting my steps and I synced it and everything but it won’t count them does anyone have any tips or instructions on how to do it?
Hi, @Coolwipthetulip thank you for reaching out. Please make sure you’ve uploaded steps from your Fitbit device to your ‘dashboard’ or your ‘Fitbit app’ before entering Pocket Plants.
If it still doesn’t work, you can try to revoke Pocket Plants’ access in your Fitbit’s privacy dashboard. You’ll get a popup asking for authentication once you enter Pocket Plants after you have done that.
