Since the Christmas update yesterday I’ve done several “watch” offers where I get no reward after I collect? I suspected it wasn’t going to work again so I took a screenshot - 1.03d again
The overall exp display on the right top of third page (shows all the wokamon), you can go to that page to see whether you have got the exp reward.
