VIDEO is every time non aviable - il video non è mai disponibile

hi to everyone,
sorry for my english but i have a little problem with the app focus plant.
i used this app from about 5 months but in the last 7 days i can’t see video so i cant duplicate water or take the journal sun.
What i must do?

ho un piccolo problema con l’app ma piuttosto che disinstallarla provo a scrivere qui, magari riuscite a risolvere il problema.
uso questa app da circa 5 mesi e non ho avuto mai problemi, negli ultimi sette giorni invece non è mai disponibile nessun video, in questo modo non riesco mai a raddoppiare l’acqua o a riscuotere i punti del sole.
il mio id è kz2kvp.

Hi @SARAH98, thank you for reaching out. There’s a known issue that you’ll have to press the ad button multiple times until it works. We’ve released an update under phased release so please check Google Play if you can update. It will take another 2~3 days before it’s available to all users.
