Techsaur skin disappeared after reopening app, please help D:

bought the techsaur skin for 500 rubies (from 504 at the time) and used it immediately and it looked like it worked. switched apps for less than a minute, when i came back the techsaur was gone and i only had 4 rubies left. pls help! (ID: FPD6LxKJ!)
