Techsaur - Magnet Purchase

I am trying to purchase the Techsaur Magnet for 500 rubies but when I click on the item nothing happens. Is there another step I am missing?

No, it’s an issue I think a lot of people are having, I posted the same problem about a week ago on here and Shikudo has yet to get back to us.
