Is this a bug or lvl20 is the max lvl for them?
The level is maxxed. You can still get the fragments just in case we want to pump the max level in a future update.
Ah okay, it could probably use some more levels though. You don’t get much rain drops from focus and plants require more and more water, I’m not even half way to unlocking all the plants
