Hi-- I haven’t been able to access ads for weeks. Am using an older iPad. Can you please advise?
Hi @Els_Kushn, thank you for reaching out. It’s really weird that you can’t see ads for so long (most of the players who experience ads shortage will start seeing ads after a few days). Can you please let me know which version of the app you are running? Can you also please try to uninstall/reinstall the app (please make sure you have bound an apple account so that you can retrieve your progress back after the reinstall)? Please let me know.
