Steps not updated accurately

Hi there,

It was just yesterday that the game was not updating my steps. I have 8k+ steps yesterday but the game only recognise 60 steps. Could you help me please? My game ID is M3j*m-i$B. I’ve tried to revoke access from the Fitbit and reconnecting again but it doesn’t help. It’ll be great if you can solve this. Thanks!

@Syriua Sorry to hear that you are having issues with syncing steps. This is a known issue and we are working on it urgently. In the meantime, if you can sync again after your midnight today and let us know the results, that’ll be really appreciated!
