[RESOLVED] Fitbit no longer syncing steps

My pocket plants is no longer transferring my steps from my fit bit. When I click to see what’s wrong it says “connection failed” so I rest came and it goes to Fitbit site then back to pocket plants and says it’s now reconnected but still no steps added! Help! Already missing out on 40,000 steps from this week!!!

Sorry to know you are having the Fitbit issue. This is a know issue and is currently under investigation. We are very closed on find a solution now. Please refer the original post on this issue.

I have iOS 10.3.1 and I have an iPhone 5c and Fitbit charge 2.

Hi @Sings4life, we’ve found the cause of the issue. We’ll submit a build on Wednesday and hope Apple will approve it soon. Thank you for your information, it has helped us a lot with the debug process.
