Profile Missing

I have 2 different server accounts, one on Fit Land and one in Pump Garden (the one I paid more attention to and money on). However, when I logged on today, I only had my Fit Land profile available, and Pump Garden stated “Empty File”. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any way to get my profile back?
