The app seems to only occasionally tracking random small amounts of steps - so far I’ve only collected steps twice. I have synced my phone on the in-app page, made sure that the app is whitelisted to run in the backround, made sure that my phone is not restricting battery usage, and downloaded an alternate pedometer to ensure that my phone is capable of step tracking (it is).
