I was really enjoying Pocket Plants, but my phone was broken and I had to reinstall with a new phone. I wasn’t able to restore from backup, and now all my progress is gone. 
I don’t know if it is possible at all to restore progress in any way because I don’t know my old account code. Is all hope lost?
