Hello,
Does anyone have a breakdown of the different loots available from the different difficulty settings?
I know I sound a pain but so far (half was through nightmare) it’s confusing as for when (or if) the rewards change

Before the last major update, you could eventually find all the 5-star equipment in normal difficulty.
I don’t know if that’s changed, but this is what seems to have changed. The further you advance, the better your odds. Generally speaking, hell difficulty seems to drop 5-star equipment more often. 
The best you will find in the story is 5-star. To get 6-star equipment, you need to spend honor coins on the 6-star chest in the arena store.
