With lucky draw I only get fruits and no more levelup for accessoires.
I have several accessoires, that don;t level up
I am having the same issue. I have a lot off accessories that I need to get yet & I only get fruit when I try the lucky draw. It’s been that way for at least 3 weeks now.

There are more accessoiries that can be unlocked, but maybe there is a bug, because at lucky draw there are no options for it. It only shows accessoires that are already level 100. When you use lucky draw with fruit, you only get other fruits and no level ups
