Lost progress after restart

Hello,
I’ve been playing fitness tycoon for about 3 days now and today when I restarted my phone all of my progress was lost… This wouldn’t be that big of an issue if I wouldn’t have made a purchase today. I backed up my save to Google play but even when I’m logged in my data is lost.

Please help I love this game!

Hi, thank you for reaching out. 1st thing I would check is if you have entered the corrected server. If not, you can select server in the settings page.

If you can also let us know your game id or nickname or master code, then we can look it up for you. Please let us know how it goes!
