Lost my rewards

Today I have changed my guild and I have lost my level 20 MasterCode rewards and I can’t write the Code again because I am level 38.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Changing guild wont’ effect the master code reward. Are you saying you didn’t receive the rewards when you reached level 20?

Nop.
I received them (I upgraded level 20 more or less) but they desappeared when I changed the guild
