Loss of Data in Account (Apple Health)

I deleted the app as it was taking too long to sync my steps with Apple Health. When I downloaded it again, I’ve seen that none of my previous steps have synced either. I’ve done at least 14,000 steps today. I also cannot see the steps I have done prior to today in the Wokamon app. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi, thank you for reaching out. A new install will only fetch steps from the moment you install Wokamon.
