I’m sorry to let you know that there’s currently a random account overwrite issue when switching servers. It happens pretty much randomly and mostly on iOS devices.
If you meet this issue, please contact us immediately so we can restore your progress back. We are still investigating and will release a hotfix version (v1.4.2) as soon as we can.
In the meanwhile, I would suggest not to switch servers if possible. We’ll update this thread as soon as the build is rolled out.
