Hiii, it appears that within the last few days, my Fitbit no longer connects with the RPG fitness game. The only options left are Facebook and Google Play to track steps and be able to turn them into Energy to open boxes. The other Shikudo game is the same. ( Wokemon to be exact) Was there a change in the company that caused Fitbit to be removed? There are so few games already which utilize the Fitbit step counter into games. Thank you so much! Patrick

Can you please check this post: Troubleshooting - Track steps using Fitbit - #13 by C-Bass and try all the methods in the possible fix part (especially the password one). Please let me know how it goes.

Uninstalled and reinstalled both the Fitbit app and the RPG app several times. Went through all of the steps and all of the troubleshooting. It’s been months and no one will get back to me about how to connect a Fitbit.
I’m also having issues with the RPG grabbing my steps from Fitbit, so I lose any progress I did, which i only do to get rewards…
And I do all the correct steps of syncing Fitbit before my RPG, I’ve read the advice in troubleshooting, but that did nothing, I even went further, but still no fix.
