Hello, I bought epic essence and it disappeared. I cannot see it in « apply essence » though the sunshine I paid was deducted from my account and the essence is marked as sold out in market. It happened 3 times. First, I thought I forgot something but then I even made screenshots. My login is kyrgje. Could you check and return 3 epic essence to me?
The same happened to me, didnt recieve the epic essence.
Hopefully we would get it anyway or receive a refund?
