Couldn't access to the app

When I tried to open the app,it couldn’t be loaded and it says member not found and just keeps retrying.
This is so random I’ve never had this problem before.
Is there any chance that I can still open it?I had tried uninstall and reinstall it but the problem is still there.please let me know if there is a way to resolve this,I took a very long time to get to the candy world, don’t want to lose all of that progress :(((

@marspark Can you look into this? I think a lot of us are having this problem today

Hi guys, there’s an issue affected our servers’ connectivity and it’s now back online. Please let me know if there’s any problems.
