Connection problem only on "Friends" tab

Hi there,

The rest of the game works fine, and I’ve never had this issue before, but today when I tap the “Friends” circle at the bottom of the screen, I get a message telling me to check my connection and try again.
If there is a problem with my connection (which there isn’t; I checked) how would the rest of the game work?

I’ve seen this too, just force quit and start the game again. Also affects the ads too, saying I can’t watch an ad even thought I’m connected. It happens when the game is running and you lose your connection.
