I really need help, I have deleted my focus plant app because it didn’t I couldn’t play any video, and now I totally lose my account apparently I have no way to connect again. But my friends see me in our group and their friends list. Please I really need help, i have used this app everyday for months now !

Hi, @Gane thank you for reaching out. Are you able to find your game id? Also, if you’ve connected to a 3rd party account previously, you can bind the same account to retrieve your progress.
