I started my account on Android, then moved to iOS, but now can’t move back and my account progress is linked to my WeChat. How do I restart and save progress if there is no way to move my account back to Android? I don’t use Facebook.

Unfortunately we will need to delete the existing account. Could you send a screenshot of your Wokamon ‘Me’ page? We can search your account details from there.
